I have used the Brighton store many times..Always great service!
Hate to give it a low rating because the staff was great and they have anything you might need, but I bought pool salt from them and it when it dissolved it left a ton of fine sand in my brand new pool that we just filled. It also released a bunch of scum which you can see in the picture of the bucket. Now my pool boy has fine sand in its workings which I’m sure will reduce its life span. The point of retail is to vouch for the product you sell and this product is terrible, so I have to give a low rating.
Always friendly staff. Always make sure to double check the water and your particular water issues. They ask questions not just push products.
I have been a customer of Romans Pools since 1996. When I have needed service calls, they have always been fast and reliable. The employees in the Brighton store are courteous and knowledgeable. They have explained things I can do to make taking care of my pool easier and more cost effective. This is a well run business!
