We have always had great service at Romans! The service dept especially has been honest, fair and reliable in our dealings with them. Top notch customer service! And when I walk in there to help my husband with his equipment needs and don't always know what I'm talking about - they treat me with respect and are so patient and helpful! Highly recommend!!
This place is the worst for parts or service. Have attempted twice to do each of these with no success. I live in osage county and purchased my bad boy mower at yard tractor Coweta,OK. I will drive back to coweta or even stillwater before I do business with Roman's in Bartlesville, OK.
