Horrible customer service. They wouldn't let me prepay for a pedicure to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. They issisted on overcharging for a gftcard which I had no way of giving her. (She was next door getting a massage). I will never support them again. My response to you How is it impossible to know in advance?
