Roman is incredibly friendly and helpful. When my chain broke, I was immediately assisted. The process was incredibly fast and efficient. I will definitely be returning next time I need help with the jewelry.

After trying multiple jewelry repair shops, I decided to try this place, and I’m grateful that I did. I called about 30 minutes before they closed to see if it was worth the trip (some places close early) and they were super understanding and told me come anyway. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed, and instead of having me pick up my necklace the next day, he fixed it right then and there, 5 mins flat. SO HAPPY I found this little shop. I had an extremely thin and delicate gold chain that broke and every other place wanted to solder it together... after Roman's it now looks like it brand new. He perfectly added in tiny little links to fix it -- and it all in 24 hours! NOTE: The shop is not standalone, it is inside of what looks like a market of stalls. Roman's is in the very back left corner.

Outstanding jewelry repair shop! They expertly laser-soldered a cobra ring my grandma had given me from Greece back together. The jeweler even added extra, discreet reinforcement to make the repair more secure without compromising the design. AND since I was only in town for the day, they were able to do all the repairs within a few hours. I’m so grateful to have found this place- highly recommend!
