We would highly recommend Romans and Dmitriy for their service. Our washing machine was in need of repair and Dmitriy came out to diagnose it. He needed to order a part and said it would be 3 to 5 days. The part actually came in early and he was ready to come by sooner but we were working. We agreed on a different day and he came by. He worked very hard to remove a part that was very hard remove and then get to the area that he needed to work on only to find out that we needed a new transmission.
