This review was prompted by my finally receiving a response from The NJ Lawyer fund for Client Protection. After almost 5 years. I had filed a claim with them in an attempt to recoup the $6000 I gave this shyster back in 2016. Alas, it was denied as they can only award compensation when a lawyer is suspended or disbarred; that neither has happened to this purveyor of fraud is amazing. Run. This lawyer did not send documents to the court that he was supposed to. Only when they were reported as unreceived did he send them, claiming to have sent them earlier. He did not act upon notices he received, failing to attend to a notice to appear in court until the eve of the appearance, causing me to have less than 24 hours to appear and denying me preparation time.
