It has been a great experience working with Raymond from Romanos Renovation & Contracting. We started with a very small project of demolition of old cabinets as we were getting new custom built cabinets. But after interacting and working with Raymond, our work kept expanding from removing of popcorn ceilings from entire house to painting etc. We have been very happy with his knowledge, experience and attitude. Raymond did a great job for us. He is very knowledgeable of building code requirements, and he was able to do a wide variety of jobs which saved us money. He is reliable and honest, helpful, and pleasant to work with. He was flexible in arranging payment for the work. I highly recommend him.
Raymond was instrumental in me being able to purchase my first home and completely renovating the basement as well as updating the bathroom upstairs at a very fair price. He is a wealth of knowledge and has your best interest at heart throughout the entire process. He will make sure everything is done right, catching things others would have missed. Everything was done to the legal standard which is super important and will save me headaches down the line. Can’t recommend him and his team enough !
