We had this restaurant do our wedding rehearsal party and we have only good things to say. They had easy choices from having guests order their own meals, to having a meal-choice plan, from which there are, maybe 4 menus to choose from, each of which gave maybe 8 entree choices, plus appetizers and desserts. Great service, very courteous, and great, new room, mostly closed off. Much recommended.

Not worth the high prices – Total of $19.22 for a piece of fish, some rice, and a soda at lunchtime on a weekday. Wasn't good enough to be worth $20. Everything on the menu is too expensive. The waiter mumbled and was rude. He shorted me 3 cents on my change, so I didn't say anything and just let him keep that as his tip. HOWEVER, I'm glad I had such a bad waiter. I would've hated to waste even more money. That was the best part of my Romano's visit: a waiter so bad that I guitlessly saved by not tipping. Next time, I'll get... read more

Nice atmosphere. – I went here on a whim and had a good time. The food was ok but the drinks were great. I would suggest it on a nice day for the patio. Try the zucchini appitizer, yummy.

Horrible food sanitation score and service – Restaurant had a sanitation score of 90. It really takes some effort not to score at least a 95 on the NC sanitation score. As for the service, this is definitely the worst experience of 2012. We waited at the front hostess stand for 10 minutes. The restaurant was only about 60% capacity with multiple available tables. ROMANOS MACARONI GRILL – We go to Romano's maybe once a year, mostly for birthdays or Christmas Eve. This past weekend, Feb.21,2012 we went (a party of 6) for my wifes birthday. It seems that the place had some changes made since we were there last. The atmosphere was fine,as usual, but the menu had changed a little. Overpriced. We went for a Valentine's day late lunch and service was just okay. Friendly but late on arrival to our table and poor attention to detail. Most of the waiters were guys and we tend to have better service from female waitresses. It was roughly 6 minutes into our conversation before we saw our waiter. Horrible Valentine's Day experience. – It was a horrible Valentine's Day experience at Macaroni Grill. I had called in a few days before to setup a reservation knowing that it was going to be busy. This way my girlfriend and I wouldn't have to wait for a long time after we got there. Our reservation was for 7pm. We got there 10 minutes before. Bad Restaurant – Took my family here on Sunday and it was horrible at many levels. The water glasses and utensils all had water stains. To start, I gave the waiter a fork that had cheese stuck on it. The water bottle they used to serve us had some kind of food particle, and once the food came, it was barely warm.
