Thanks to Mario for resizing my engagement and wedding rings as well as some other sentimental pieces. Such a lovely guy who is so talented, was so happy picking up my rings today. Had a broken Silver Turkish Puzzle Ring with several of the lower bands snapped off. If you have seen one you know how hard they are to even put back together let alone fix. Mario at Romano's jewelers brought it back to an as new condition. Looks like the day I bought it and for a very acceptable price. If I need any jewelry or watch repairs in the future I will be calling in on this store again.
I had such a lovely experience at Romano’s Jewellers. I brought in my new watch to be resized after another jeweller turned me away, saying the clasps were too tight to adjust. A kind man at Romano’s happily took it on, and when I went to pick it up and asked how much I owed, he simply smiled and said, “My gift to you.” It was completely free of charge—a genuinely generous gesture that meant so much.
