The crew was professional and polite. they did an excellent job installing carpet in three bedrooms, and they did it in less than 2 hours.
Customer service is awful, please go somewhere else, they won’t work with you for scheduling or anything, they don’t follow up, the worst customer service experience!

I have used Home Depot many times and Romanoff Renovations has installed many times at my house. They had always done a good job, but yesterday, that all changed. They sent the crew out, and he had absolutely not intention in installing the tile floor in my kitchen. He just walked around and tried to find problem after problem on why he could not install. I finally called Home Depot in Folsom and they said they would have another contractor come today. Guess what? Same guy, same deal. No work done, just an abysmal experience... read more
