If I could leave zero stars for this company I would!!! We purchased flooring from Home Depot and this is the company that was subcontracted to complete the floor installation in our bathrooms. The installer Igor came to our home was throwing his tools and the materials around recklessly damaging our walls, vanity and bathtub. My husband spoke to him on a few occasions and asked him to be more respectful of our home. The gentlemen who came to install our carpet were incredibly professional, efficient and quick. They did an excellent job and while I was pleased with the final project, they were not and stopped and redid a portion of the install. Highly recommend.
Manager was extremely rude and seemed like he wanted no business. I would stay far away from dealing with people like this.
Outstanding experience We had to reschedule installation due to slow material delivery but Romanoff had no problem with rescheduling. Installation day went smoothly and the final product was super.
I would welcome them for another job in a second. Fantastic communication and results.
