Jose, the Lead Carpet Installer was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He has 25 yrs installing carpets so I trusted his work. They were on time and worked hard from start to finish. Very pleased with the finished project and would highly recommend.

Romanoff did a fantastic job on my flooring project. The team that came out arrived on time and worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed in one day. Additionally, the workmanship was fantastic and the left the home as clean (maybe cleaner) than when they arrived. My flooring material was delayed multiple times (not the fault of Romanoff) and the staff was always, professional, courteous, understanding, and accommodating. Purchased new carpet and Romanoff Renovations was assigned to install it. This company is great to work with and communication with the customer is a strong suit. I received text, emails and voice mails giving me information on when the install date was (even offered an install date earlier, had to decline) and time they would arrive. On the day of the install the crew contacted me and gave me a pretty precise arrival time. Once here they started work immediately. Full install was about 8 hours.
