This company has cancelled our appointment 3 times. Today they showed up and said they can't do the job. We have had our wood floor and carpet sitting here for 4.5 months. I would never use them again. We have asked to store to find another installer. Horrible!!!
This installation was supposed to take two days . On the second day 4/28 the installer cut his hand so someone was supposed to come out Friday. That was a no show. Rescheduled to Monday, another no show!!! Now I have to work out of town and the first available is rescheduled for 5/10. Meanwhile the house is torn apart and we’ve been sleeping on the couch because all of the furniture is crammed into two bedrooms. This is completely unprofessional and rude.
