Awful customer service, constant rescheduling, made Home Depot aware and they will not be with Home Depot much longer. Do not waste your money. Look up their name on Facebook. Nothing but hack jobs, and fake licensing.
I purchased carpet from Home Depot. Romanoff Renovations was the contractor they hired to install my carpet. At purchase I was told Romanoff Renovations would be in contact to set up installation. A few weeks went by before I was contacted by Romanoff. No big deal. I figured everything is backed up with Covid. When they did call I was able to schedule for the following week. I had to jump several personal hoops to be home for install only to be called the say before stating they weren't going to be able to install my carpet ... read more
