I have called to have someone to come out and get their eyes on my existing flooring. It seems to be to much for them. I can't even get a call back. I will never use this company again. And BTW I spoke to this manager before and I could tell he was clueless. Don't waist your time.
If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service ever!!! Had an appointment since mid August today installer arrived did not bring shop vac to prep floor as indicated when I called their company . floor was glued down and must have at least a quart of Dust and dirt said only they sweep. Would you really glue down over that much debris? Had them stop work till shop vac could be used said they could not get back to the job for three days. Unacceptable. Knowledgeable craftsman who did outstanding work and answered all my questions.
We had 2 crews.Laminate by Tony's crew followed a few days later as scheduled by a carpet crew, Papa's I think. Both did a fine job and were swift. The carpet crew fixed a forgotten threshold by the first crew. Over all it was a fine experience with both crews.
