I would 100% recommend and use Romanoff Reno again! They were great at communicating leading up to the project and working with us to resolve issues that came up during the process of installation. The amazing 2-man team that was working with us made exceptions to starting and finishing the project when the product supplier messed up delivery, product, and resulted in us picking up the correct product for them to install once demo was done. Dan did a fantastic job installing our carpet and was very professional.
There was great communication from the company and installer. My installer Curtis was friendly, and worked hard to insure that my carpeting was installed properly even working through a couple of issues with the tack strips for the carpet. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the install and was happy to have a very skilled installer doing the work. Thank you Curtis and Romanoff Renovations for a job well done!
I would not recommend let this company to install anything you buy from Home Depot. I have had issues both times they came to install for us. First time we stayed home all afternoon waiting for installers to come install carpet in a small bedroom. Didn’t show up on time finally got a call at about 4:30pm saying they couldn’t make it and would be here first thing in the morning. We had to cancel a doctors appointment for this. I WONT USE ROMANOFF EVER AGAIN!! THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE NOR TELL THE TRUTH!! I bought carpet at Home Depot 2 months ago. They farmed the installation out to Romanoff renovations. A week or two before installation day, I received a couple different emails confirming my appointment for installation. It had a time window of arrival at 7 AM to 10 AM.
