We had Alex and Pablo Out to do our floors and they were so polite, professional Cleaned up as they went and after. checked with me on making sure all was how we wanted also Vanessa who sets up the appt was also very much appreciated on communication with me and making sure we were taken care of I highly recommend this team
Terrible experience with this team! They were contracted through Home Depot and have been unaccountable for their work with Home Depot as the middle man. They installed carpet OVER an air vent and after six days haven’t called back to correct this error. I work five minutes from home and was told I would be notified to return home to inspect the carpet before they left the house to ensure there were no problems. This never happened. Poor communication, shoddy work, and no accountability for their errors.
Will not use this company again. They didn’t finish the job on the first day, which is totally fine and understandable. HOWEVER they then tell me they have to start another job before coming back out here to finish mine… then they take so long doing AND FINISHING the other job that they can’t make it to finish mine until maybe the next day or on Sunday. I’m sorry, I didn’t realize that paying thousands of dollars to have carpet installed and setting an appointment a month out meant that they’ll just stop halfway through and ... read more
