Had a carpet install done by them in my basement. It's been 4 years since install and a seam has failed right in the middle of the room from poor installation. I contacted them and they won't fix it even though they agreed that it was a poor install. This room is in our basement and we seriously almost never use the space so it has had almost no usage, especially in the seam location. They should stand by their work. “great jobs we have had 2 jobs done thru them and they did great and did a very professional job. Came on time and cleaned up everything before leaving. Will use them again in the future.
The carpet installers did an excellent job on our rooms but we had some minor issues on the stairs. The installers corrected the minor issues and now it looks great. The installers were professional and cleaned up after they finished. I recommend Romanoff for carpet installation.
Excellent communication before and after the carpet was installed and the crew was very efficient and explained everything very well.
