Installer was timely and professional. He made suggestions and left the site tidy.
We received a call from David at romanoff renovations fifteen minutes AFTER they were due to begin work in my home. He proceeded to advise us the installer would not be coming as he “stuck” in NY. We are in N. Carolina. They then tried to tell us that they couldn’t have anyone to our home for five days. After a few words and a few phone calls to their corporate office as well as Home Depot they agreed to try and get someone to our home Saturday.
