Carpet installed in most of house. Crew did a great job, working almost 12 hrs to complete the job. Great attitudes, friendly and good craftsmanship. Also company called twice that day to make sure things were going well. Would definitely recommend them
I've used Romanoff twice over the years and their work continues to be top-notch! Their craftsmen are highly skilled, prompt, professional, and courteous. They really do care about customer satisfaction. I will not use any other flooring company than Romanoff!
First off we had a great experience getting our carpet installed. But BEWARE of the office staff specifically their ability to follow through, respond promptly and give accurate information. This week alone we were told someone would call us back and 3 times over we had to call them because we never received a call in the timeframe set by them. We got a confirmed appointment time for next Monday potentially Saturday and then 3 days later Renee (the scheduler of the Ashland) office) told us it was scheduled 10 days after the ... read more
