These folks did amazing- professional, fast, clean and it looks great!
SUCK! NEGATIVE 10 STARS , how does a company confirm a flooring install on December 8 ,then a week later cancel , then make you wait till the end of January to get it installed again? Obviously this company doesn't have its customers in mind. I can only doubt that it's work is probably as good as the customers service.
The workers were friendly and punctual. Very fast yet efficient. We are very happy with the results.
Horrible job on 10,000 worth of carpet. Showing seems, pads, gaps at the wall. The carpet was installed in June and it's already lifting and even getting worse. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced. Wouldnt show up when they said they would, never got any sort of discount or a proper fix. We went through home depot so that made it worse because neither party felt like it was their fault. Home depot blamed the install. Romanoff blamed the carpet.
