From beginning to end, I found everyone at Romanoff to be friendly and professional. Their workmanship was excellent and they and they completed the job on time. They were courteous and left my home spotless.

They we able to come a full day early and finished very quickly. I’m happy with the installation
Avoid these guys if possible. They made mistakes due to lack of attention to detail, made excuses which seemed self contradictory, and defended themselves and passed the buck. The installers have been late, and have left at least a couple nails stick out of the carpet. This company seems committed to mediocrity.
I appreciated all the communication prior to the installing- both email and phone calls. The installer was on time, courteous and did an excellent job. He answered all our questions and did a great job with clean up.
