Canceled install 2 minutes before the crew was supposed to arrive. If you buy flooring from Home Depot you should know that they subcontract to Romanoff who then subcontracts to an installer. When something goes wrong Romanoff takes zero responsibility.
The installer was very good and polite. He kept us updated on the process and answered all our questions. He also gave us suggestions on care for our carpet. I would request this same installer again. He was on time and very kind. The carpet is perfect!
Raymond our installer was the nicest person I’ve ever met. Plus he was very thorough and gave us extra tips regarding the flooring. He was on time every morning and our house looks AMAZING! Definitely recommend this company without hesitation
