The installer was very good and polite. He kept us updated on the process and answered all our questions. He also gave us suggestions on care for our carpet. I would request this same installer again. He was on time and very kind. The carpet is perfect!
Raymond our installer was the nicest person I’ve ever met. Plus he was very thorough and gave us extra tips regarding the flooring. He was on time every morning and our house looks AMAZING! Definitely recommend this company without hesitation

Interesting the good accounts must be relatives. The people who can to install my carpet and high end padding? Did not speak English and so I could not communicate with them essentially at all. So after about two years some strange lumps appear under foot in a couple locations in my home. It’s very clear I did NOT get the padding I paid for but something substandard. Eric came out and was kind and acknowledged the lumps and that it was odd. Said he would be in touch and send someone out to fix…..never heard from him again! I... read more
