Very Professional. Great quality work. The 2 gentleman who came out explained everything. I would not go with Home Depot though. This company stepped up to the plate. Home Depot sucks
Absolute worst experience I've ever had. We ordered carpet through Home Depot and it was contracted out to Romanoff. The carpet was supposed to be installed on Friday 8/1. Adam arrived to my home at 10 AM. It was just him, he made the comment his crew would be by later. That was the first red flag. He'd told me they were 40 min away, why wouldn't the whole crew come together? Second red flag was he immediately told me they have you down for a 1 day job but this is definitely going to take 2. Very good service. Fast and efficient. Returned quickly for minor issues and resolved them in a few minutes.
They were good to work with and make accommodations for my schedule. Carpet removal was quick and clean, instalation was the same. Great jod!
