Awful customer service! Company does not cooperate and expects you to have “common sense” about carpet install. Do not let Home Depot contract out to this company find someone else to install or use another company to purchase carpet.
Excellent customer service! They worked with my schedule and had great communication with me throughout the project. The technicians were prompt and courteous. They worked quickly and carefully. A wonderful experience!

I recently purchased Pergo laminate flooring from Home Depot that was installed by this company. All team members were friendly, neat and arrived on time. The crew leader listened to me and my concerns and directed his hardworking team to complete the install to my satisfaction. The crew leader is truly a craftsman, especially when he was figuring out how to install the thresholds. They left my house very clean which is not always the case in home improvement projects. I am quite pleased with my new floor.
