Setup through Hone Depot. Edwin And Erika came in and did a very professional job, quickly and when the 35 year old underpayment was not good they suggested The right fix, and got it done. The was an extra cost to put down Luan board, and float the un level parts. I am 100% satisfied. If the floor was good they wood have been down with master and guest bedrooms in 2-3 hours. Highly recommended My rating 8.3.
Awful customer service! Company does not cooperate and expects you to have “common sense” about carpet install. Do not let Home Depot contract out to this company find someone else to install or use another company to purchase carpet.
