Did my carpet installation from Home Depot. Fantastic crew. Great communication prior to arrival. Arrived within time window. Let me know right away about and installation. Very patient while it was resolved. Also was super useful in solving an issue unrelated to carpet install. Would highly recommend them!!!
Worst company ever. They installed carpet 2 months ago and left huge seems in it. They said that they would fix it. They have been out here three times seems are still there. The installer that came out today said that it couldn't be fixed because the stapled the carpet to the floor around the walls (WHAT). Waiting to here a response from them. I know one thing my wife and I are tired of moving furniture in and out😡!!! Just moved it last night, now have to put it back wait on a response and move it out again😡!!!
This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They were scheduled to install hardwood flooring in my home. They said it would be a 2 day job. My husband took the first day off. They were scheduled to be there at 9 am. 12:30 came, no call no show. My husband called the company. They couldn’t even reach the person who was scheduled to do the flooring. They arrived at the exact appointment time and went straight to work. They were friendly and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job from installation to clean up. I absolutely love my floors!
Manny ans his crew were excellent! They were friendly, well-skilled, professional, and the end result was beautiful!
