Never again will i go to any home depot for any in home Project needs This is one of home depot Preferred vendor. The 1st day of installation Their contractor was an hour and a half Late from My window time 8 to 11 am they arrived 1 hour 40 mins late. I had guy sitting there waiting at 11 am because they had The molding which these guys were supposed to stain a 2 hours job there's no way they could have done it in 30 minutes they had another job to go to ,So I had to pay a $500 cancellation fee or have them wait and pay a $1... read more
Horrible company!!!! DO NOT USE!!! Crew came out and removed my flooring under contract with Home Depot. They said would be coming back next day to pour leveler for the floor after delaying for the afternoon even after their office said they could do it that day and the job had been prepaid through contract. Next day different team came and stayed 5 min then left and refused to do the project stating dry rot and that I needed to replace the subfloor. Our contract with home depot states that Furniture would be moved, we called the flooring company to make sure the day prior (as I had seen previous reviews stating problems with this) and they said they wouldnt as it wasnt stated by home depot. We called home depot who then made sure the flooring company would move 5 pieces of furniture per room. When the day came the installers tried to say they wouldnt move furniture, but we had already moved 80% so they reluctantly agreed to move the rest. We paid too much money to be wo... read more
I am really surprised at the amount of negative reviews. My experience with them was stellar. Communication was great the entire process. My carpet installer LUIS did an absolutely awesome job. He arrived on time, focused and worked hard the entire time. The end result of my carpet install was great. I highly recommend LUIS. He did a fantastic job and really knows his stuff. Thanks LUIS!
