I am really surprised at the amount of negative reviews. My experience with them was stellar. Communication was great the entire process. My carpet installer LUIS did an absolutely awesome job. He arrived on time, focused and worked hard the entire time. The end result of my carpet install was great. I highly recommend LUIS. He did a fantastic job and really knows his stuff. Thanks LUIS!
I was a bit worried reading the other reviews, but I honestly had a wonderful experience with Romanoff Renovations. Their customer service was wonderful, they always picked up the phone and worked with my schedule. The installers kept me updated, they worked quickly, and they didn’t leave a mess. The floors look great and I really don’t have anything to complain about. I would use them again.
I was scheduled for flooring but when the installer's arrived, they saw that one of the rooms is not emptied yet. They were asked to start with the room that is ready while we finish getting the second room ready. They walked out of the house without saying a word. Few minutes later, we were done with the unfinished room, only to find out they had already left without saying a word. They treated us like we are a piece of trash. Very unprofessional!!! Great experience w/laminate flooring installation purchased from Home Depot. I had good communication with the RR office in Riverside, CA. The installers were considerate, professional and timely. They did a fantastic job!
We contracted Home Depot for carpet installation on the second floor of our two-story home. Home Depot, in turn, subcontracted the work to Romanoff renovations. The installation was scheduled for December 27th. On the scheduled day, two installers arrived, and we showed them all the areas that needed carpeting.
