Had carpet replaced in all carpeted areas of my home. Installers arrived at scheduled time, asked that I verify and approve that correct carpet and padding were being delivered and installed as per my order. Installers were friendly, courteous, and respectful. They moved furniture and put it back in place with my guidance. We had a carpet install done by Romanoff through Home Depot. It was a terrific experience! Romanoff communicated well with us throughout the entire process. They let us know when the installer would arrive. The installer was punctual and very personable. He worked diligently to complete the project. He cleaned up after the install was completed and left us with beautifully installed carpeting in two bedrooms and a closet. We are so happy with how it turned out and how well the project went. Thank you Romanoff!
Romanoff Renovations did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team at The Home Depot helped me choose the perfect flooring, and from there, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication truly set them apart. From scheduling and check-ins to digital checklists sent straight to my phone, every step was clear and seamless. I even received helpful text updates the day of installation, which made the entire process stress-free. Having been around contractors my whole life, I know communication is often the weak... read more
Although we had an unrelated issue through Home Depot, the contracted installers - Romanoff Renovations - were fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and completed the project on schedule. The quality of the work is excellent, and our new flooring looks great. I would absolutely recommend Romanoff Renovations for flooring installation.
We love our new carpet! The installers did a fabulous job. They arrived on time, watched the weather so that they could get the pad and carpet cut before it started raining, moved furniture, and installed 5 rooms of carpet by 5:30pm. Thank you so much for such professionalism.
