Start to finish these guys were great. They are very customer oriented, easily accessible, and did a great communicating and staying in touch, including during the installation of carpeting and flooring. Their work crew were very professional and methodical - and hard working. Installation was first class, cleanup was perfect. An easy five stars.
We are really happy with the carpet installation and the whole process from the beginning to the end. Communication was superb! Freddy and Cecilio (The installers) were super professional and clear.

Carpet installation by Romanoff was excellent; 2nd carpet project in 2 months and both were great customer service experiences.
We had a carpet install done by Romanoff through Home Depot. It was a terrific experience! Romanoff communicated well with us throughout the entire process. They let us know when the installer would arrive. The installer was punctual and very personable. He worked diligently to complete the project. He cleaned up after the install was completed and left us with beautifully installed carpeting in two bedrooms and a closet. We are so happy with how it turned out and how well the project went. Thank you Romanoff!
