We had a carpet install done by Romanoff through Home Depot. It was a terrific experience! Romanoff communicated well with us throughout the entire process. They let us know when the installer would arrive. The installer was punctual and very personable. He worked diligently to complete the project. He cleaned up after the install was completed and left us with beautifully installed carpeting in two bedrooms and a closet. We are so happy with how it turned out and how well the project went. Have them installed carpet upstaits thru Home Depot in 2022, when I talked to Home Depot they confirmed their contractor will address squeak issues since my house is older. When Romanoff rep came to my house to look at the job she said its not their job to fix squeak floor. I should have canceled the whole thing I am too nice so I went with it. They replaced almost the whole floor upstairs except one room. I spent almost 5K Last month I hated Southern Flooring Solutions to replace carpet in that one room they didn't do it ... read more
Although we had an unrelated issue through Home Depot, the contracted installers - Romanoff Renovations - were fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and completed the project on schedule. The quality of the work is excellent, and our new flooring looks great. I would absolutely recommend Romanoff Renovations for flooring installation.
We love our new carpet! The installers did a fabulous job. They arrived on time, watched the weather so that they could get the pad and carpet cut before it started raining, moved furniture, and installed 5 rooms of carpet by 5:30pm. Thank you so much for such professionalism.
