We had a carpet install done by Romanoff through Home Depot. It was a terrific experience! Romanoff communicated well with us throughout the entire process. They let us know when the installer would arrive. The installer was punctual and very personable. He worked diligently to complete the project. He cleaned up after the install was completed and left us with beautifully installed carpeting in two bedrooms and a closet. We are so happy with how it turned out and how well the project went. Thank you Romanoff!
Very happy with the carpet installation by Romanoff through Home Depot. They always kept me informed through the whole process (text, email, phone call). The installer, Mr. Allen Davis, was very nice and professional. He called about an hour beforehand and arrived on time. He was quick, careful, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Excellent workmanship! Highly recommend Romanoff!
We love our new carpet! The installers did a fabulous job. They arrived on time, watched the weather so that they could get the pad and carpet cut before it started raining, moved furniture, and installed 5 rooms of carpet by 5:30pm. Thank you so much for such professionalism.
Start to finish these guys were great. They are very customer oriented, easily accessible, and did a great communicating and staying in touch, including during the installation of carpeting and flooring. Their work crew were very professional and methodical - and hard working. Installation was first class, cleanup was perfect. An easy five stars.
BE AWARE and STAY AWAY!!! Their carpet installer stole over a $1000 worth of life proof carpet and padding after finishing the installation. Will never allow them to my property again and waiting for investigation to be completed. 2nd issue the installer scratched my newly painted wall and trims. Now I have to pay someone to fix after them.3rd issue poor quality installation in some areas of the house.
