After texting and painting our whole house, Romanoff installed carpet in the bedrooms. They sent a single installer and when he brought in the rolls of carpet the drug it over the corner and chipped away the drywall and paint exposing the metal flashing. I called to see if this was something they could repair, send them photos snd and was never contacted to follow up. The person I spoke with didn’t even apologize!
Eduard the installer that installed my floors was quick and efficient. He stayed in constant communication with me through the entire process especially if he ran into an issue with ripping up the old flooring and what has to be done to install the new floor. My new floors and baseboards look great!
The team that came out to do my carpet install was professional and efficient. Would recommend.
Kudos to Romanoff for excellent comms throughout the process. The vinyl plank bathroom flooring was purchased at Home Depot and expertly installed by Liam through Romanoff. He arrived precisely on time, explained how he intended to proceed, and worked independently until completion. Liam provided status updates throughout the installation and the result was excellent. He cleaned up everything related to his work and operated like a professional. Inpressive!
