Communication and prompt service goes a long way. The install was perfect and quick. They followed up with calls during the whole process.
I would not advise having this company install your flooring. I went through Home Depot for the so called free installation just to incur more cost. I now have to rehire a painter to come in a touch up every wall in my home. The installers were careless and scratched my newly painted walls. I contacted Romanoff office four times to ask for a resolution and sent photos. Finally a person came out to see damages. I was impressed all the way around. Meredyth’s customer was exceptional as she worked around my rescheduling needs. Edi and his crew were courteous, professional, and meticulous from the prep work to the cleanup. I would definitely use them again.

Ed and crew were fantastic! They were efficient and great craftsmen. They were pilot and kind. They cleaned up all of their materials when they were finished. Overall, they were great guests in my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
