KP, Darien and Griselda have done a wonderful job for my flooring installation. The hardwood floor was installed beautifully and the carpet was installed professionally. The team was not only skillful at what they were doing, they were also very polite and clear up good after the job is finished. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. Also, Meredith was very helpful communicating and scheduling the installations. A great experience.

Communication and prompt service goes a long way. The install was perfect and quick. They followed up with calls during the whole process.
I would not advise having this company install your flooring. I went through Home Depot for the so called free installation just to incur more cost. I now have to rehire a painter to come in a touch up every wall in my home. The installers were careless and scratched my newly painted walls. I contacted Romanoff office four times to ask for a resolution and sent photos. Finally a person came out to see damages.
