This is a poor excuse for a company. I decided to go with them since I was using Home Depot for everything else. To begin, when the material arrived at the Home Depot, I allowed them three days to call me. They never reached out to schedule an appointment. I had to call them myself (after being told multiple times they would reach out. The closest appoitment they had was two weeks out. Great, let's go. Great place for home decor and more
They never answer the phone. Never call customers back and refuse to communicate with the customer. They charge your money upfront, then they don't care. They don't show up, they don't inform you the time, they don't tell you what's going on. The WORST WORST company ever!!!
