Avoid at all costs. Incompetent employees. Terrible management. Our first installer started making excuses for shoddy work the second he got out of his van. The carpet was "too large and too heavy to get upstairs", so my wife and I carried it up for him. He then cut the carpet anyways, placing large visible seams in the entryway to the two rooms being carpeted. I hope you read my review of Jordan S in Yelp! Jordan is an asset to Romanoff Innovations in Carson City. Initially, I was apprehensive of Romanoff Innovations because of the bad reviews. Jordan singlehandedly debunked all these bad reviews. Our floor is beautiful and well done. He arrived at our house, worked and hardly rest. So impressed of him! He gave suggestions and why!
