Highly do not recommend going through this company for carpet installation. They’re a Home Depot installer and do not stand by their warranty. We’ve had the carpet for less than a year and it was a bad install. Carpet coming up and can see the seams. Sadly can’t recommend going through Home Depot anymore and can’t recommend this contractor.
Horrible job on 10,000 worth of carpet. Showing seems, pads, gaps at the wall. The carpet was installed in June and it's already lifting and even getting worse. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced. Wouldnt show up when they said they would, never got any sort of discount or a proper fix. We went through home depot so that made it worse because neither party felt like it was their fault. Home depot blamed the install. Romanoff blamed the carpet.
