Big thanks to Julian in service and technician John who fit our daughter’s car in when it was making a squealing sound on a busy Saturday when I came in for our car the day before. She had a drive like 3 hrs Sunday to return home and we were afraid of a belt issue. They did a FULL assessment on the car with a thorough video w other recommendations. They stayed past 12 noon to get it done. We feel so much better knowing she will be safe. Great communication to us at every step! Thank you again guys.

Such a TERRIBLY AWFUL and DISAPPOINTING experience!!! Completely UNHAPPY with purchased vehicle! Bought used from Ally almost 6 months ago. Into Service Dept after a month for bad brake pads and rotors all around (rims are now black, but replaced, but why sold like this?) I have since been in EVERY month with the same reoccurring issue after poor installation (confirmed by two other certified garages). They lied to me. Told me “it wasn’t really possible” to program a key fob for me without having an existing one ( I lost my keys) They told me sending parts of my car to the manufacturer was my only option. I understand it might be Subaru policy to do this…. however times are really, really tough for a lot of people right now… you don’t have to blatantly lie to people when there are other options.
