Mike at the body shop was very kind from the beginning and stayed that way the entire time dealing with insurance and making time to patiently explain the process to me. Got good vibes at this shop all around and also an AWD Subaru loaner since I had no rental coverage. I have a Jeep but just happened to bring it here and am very glad I did.

Cassidy and Mike took care of everything from negotiating with the insurance company to even a complimentary detail after the work was complete. Routine updates never left me in dark about what stage my car was in. The team here took an otherwise stressful situation and made it carefree. Customer service as it should be.
