Wouldnt even waste my time.. While I fully understand not wanting to take a case, clear communication & explanations would be helpful and were definitely lacking. I was informed by the BBB and locally that my claims were valid and timely, and that the implied warranties were valid. This place told me I had to file things within 1 year of purchase when in TN it's 1 year or within the implied warranty and extended warranty periods - so they're not fully aware of TN law it seems.
