Now this is a company who cares about giving good customer service. I am very impressed. After a little jag in the beginning the owner said they would come out and do the repair at no charge. Now who does that? He cares about his reputation and cares about his customers. My shutters were repaired and i am happy to recommend them. They get my highest review.
During Hurricane Milton this company went out of their way to prioritize people over profit. They offered to help people in the local community put their shutters up at no cost. It was my husbands and mine first hurricane as homeowners. We were able to put up shutters but the builder forgot to leave us wing nuts for some of the shutters. I have been using Romano shutters for many years This week I had occasion to call because my front entrance accordion shutter would not close at all. Isabel said they were booked for months because of the hurricane repair work. She kept me informed and worked to get someone to come for the repair. Within 24 hours she had someone come who fixed it promptly. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my shutter repair needs ( Or a new front entrance accordion shutter).
