We had an excellent experience with Romano’s Shutters. They were contracted to remove a set of existing accordion shutters on a 3-story building in Bonita Bay while our team is performing concrete repairs, waterproofing, and installing new screen enclosures. I scheduled a service appointment with Romano's Shutters to service my Armor Screen shutters, to my surprise they were able to service my shutters within 2 days. Alejandro and Chris arrived on time and spent approximately 2 hours removing and cleaning the shutter motor covers, inspecting the six motors, cleaning and lubricating the tracks and adjusting one vertical track, also adjusted each screen. Romano shutters did a fantastic job on my electric roll down shutters at a great price. These guys are efficient and do quality work using quality products. The owner even brought me ice cream! I don’t see storm smart doing that!
Now this is a company who cares about giving good customer service. I am very impressed. After a little jag in the beginning the owner said they would come out and do the repair at no charge. Now who does that? He cares about his reputation and cares about his customers. My shutters were repaired and i am happy to recommend them. They get my highest review.
I purchased storm shutters for a Lani and purposely looked for a family owned business. They kept me informed at every step and went out of their way to adjust the structure to make a door fit . I would highly recommend the Romanos for any shutter or screen enclosure project.
