If I could give 0 stars I would I took my cx30 in to get the valve seals and valve cover gasket replaced. My appointment got scheduled 2 months out which it is what it is. I dropped it off ont he 1st of june for my appointment for the warranty work to get done and was told it would be ablout a week to a week and a half. 1 week went by and hadnt been brought into the shop. Christian and Joe were great guys. Helped myself take off a stubborn wheel lock lug nut that managed to rip through a set of extractors and the original key. Didn’t charge for that service and I appreciate their help in the rain. Will come back for sure and for a future Mazda purchase.
By far the best service experience I’ve ever had with my vehicles. They send a video showing and explaining the work they did on your vehicle. All the staff is friendly. Young man at the desk is especially great, Christian, 10/10
