Horrible the last person I dealt with Stephanie a real sweetheart she will explain investigate what ever you need her to do but the bad part is the cases change hands too much and you keep having to explain the same thing to several people over and over again so a lot of information gets let out especially if things such as paper work and discussions are not properly documented in staff notes.
