It's difficult to rate this. We had a furnace and ac combo installed last fall. We had to wait until now to have the ac electrical connected. The original installation was good and we were happy with the technicians and the operation of the furnace. After having the ac electrical connected, I contacted Ryan Talbo, our sales rep to get the unit commissioned. I was informed that everything was good to go and I could just turn it on. May 28, 2025 Isaac B. Came by today to do a check up on my AC , to make sure I am ready for a hot summer, he also changed the filter. Thank you Isaac. 😁 January 2nd, 2025, Kyle looked after my problem quickly. Thank you. June 2024, Jacob and his crew, did an excellent job of installing a new furnace, hot water tank and Thermostat. They were clean and quiet. The furnace room was left in excellent condition, going forward I will make sure to have yearly checks and cleaning done.
