We spent $8,000–$9,000 on an AC unit from Romanik, and it has never delivered proper airflow. Throughout the summer, we contacted them repeatedly, and they sent technicians at least 20 times, yet there has been absolutely no improvement. On the most recent visit, we were charged $180 to replace a dirty filter. This was especially frustrating because we had already called them more than 10 times prior to this with no resolution. Keith the plumber was great at diagnosing the issue with a pipe in our wall and quickly but professionally fixing it. The call centre is unfortunately not great but Keith was good to work with.
