Only reason it’s 1 star is because 0 isn’t an option 6 week old furnace failed on Sunday 5 technicians (4 different visits) and the issue is still not resolved Turns out they are finally thinking about sending an electrician. Was told I won’t get that call for another 24 hours so probably not going to have one out until Friday. Maybe it’s normal for companies to take 5 days to fix a furnace. But I just paid them $9200 for a furnace that didn’t even make it 2 months I would say I lost all confidence in this company

Technician was friendly. Only concern was a hole was cut into the ducting without technician asking. Hole was covered and taped, a heads up would have been appreciated
