Just had a new AC unit installed on Friday. I highly recommend Mahdi, Issac and Keith. They did a great install job and cleaned up the utility room and basement like they were never there. Once the install was done Mahdi went through the complete install from the furnace to AC unit outside to make sure we where 100% satisfied before they all left. Hats off to Romaniuk.
Can't remember my techs name, but he was deadly. Professional, clean work space, awesome communication. Had furnace inspected and serviced. Wicked dude..
Mark provided notice of when he and Gabe would arrive and answered my questions and explained the process for the furnace and dryer duct cleaning. They were careful to check about what they needed to know as well. They were professional and friendly.
UPDATE: After we posted a scathing review we were contacted by the company under new management. In acknowledgment of our terrible previous experience the new management sincerely apologized and offered us a free duct cleaning and a service appointment for the Heat Pump/AC unit. Both appointments went very well. Totally on time and within days of our initial phone call. The crews who did the work at our house were, once again, excellent and professional. This goes a long way to demonstrate the improvement in the company.
