They have great salesman, but unfortunately the customer service department doesn't honor the contracted agreement that the salesman added to the contract. Even more suspicious is that none of the four people I dealt with including manager and office adminstrator, salesman and techs are with the company anymore. My purchase contract included a 5 year free maintenance check. They did the first year but it has been next to impossible to have do the last 2 years. I've had the furnace now for 3 years.
