We purchased a replacement furnace, and a tankless water heater in April, 2026. We picked Romaniuk due to their sales guy, install window, and their “guarantee” that the house would be in the same (or better) condition when they left. They also said they’d handle everything regarding the permits. Salesman was good - showed up at the house the same day I made the initial call. They have great salesman, but unfortunately the customer service department doesn't honor the contracted agreement that the salesman added to the contract. Even more suspicious is that none of the four people I dealt with including manager and office adminstrator, salesman and techs are with the company anymore. My purchase contract included a 5 year free maintenance check. They did the first year but it has been next to impossible to have do the last 2 years. I've had the furnace now for 3 years.
