This used to be one of my favorite places until I stopped by on Saturday. I ordered one coffee and unfortunately waited in line for 15 minutes without ever getting it. The workflow seemed very disorganized — even with three people at the register, there was still a lot of confusion and chaos behind the counter. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy this place. I’ll probably continue visiting only during weekday mornings from Monday to Thursday when it’s less crowded.
Great coffee spot in Burbank. Love their baked goods.

Update to my post the other Day. I spoke with owner, and everything was handled, and It was not due to anything from Romancing the Bean or their staff. I will not get in to specifics but it was handled, so thank you KK.
Walked in the store habibi was snacking on some free food courtesy of DoorDash place stunk like curry
