Do not take your jewelry here. I took my ring here to get it sized. They charged me for gold and then drilled 2 holes in my ring and took gold off my ring! I was and am furious they did that. They never had my permission or consent to do that. An other time I took a ring here for repairs and when I got it back all the diamonds where loose. I will post photos of the holes they drilled so you can see how they took the pure gold off my ring after charging me for gold. After losing it mid-workout (yes… post-burpee), my parents had gifted me for my 40th, and honestly, it turned into the sweetest experience. Lyn and Jenny were so warm and friendly and made my experience here a very good one, it is the 4th time I have used them and every time I am so happy with the work they have carried out, they try to keep the cost to a minimum hence why I keep coming back, they even polished my rings after I collected the 2 items I had repaired, would definitely recommend Romance Jelwellers!
Great customer service from David. Had a custom engagement ring made with a time deadline of 2 weeks and it was finished earlier than expected. The process from picking the diamonds and figuring out the best design was fluid and natural. Thank you David for everything. Your help was greatly appreciated!!
