I needed my wedding rings resized and because I don't live in North Vancouver anymore, asked if they could be done in 5 days when I would be passing through North Vancouver on my way home. Sure enough, when I returned to pick them up, not only were they sized perfectly, they looked brand new and two of the claws on the diamonds had been repaired! The service was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Romance for your jewelry needs!

I have been dealing with ROMANCE jewellers for 20 years and have found Victor and Lynn very honest and reliable with all my custom rings in gold. They offer a great service on the Northshore....that keeps me coming back for repairs and polishing of all my gold chains.rings pendants.etc Keep up the great work and l will keep coming back to you both. Brought my engagement ring here to have a minor surface scuff near the top of my band polished out. I tried letting them know where the scuff was, but they said it wasn’t needed and did not perform an intake inspection to document the ring's condition. When I picked it up, there was a brand new, deep dent on the opposite side of the band with a perfectly smooth, mirror-polished finish inside it (a clear sign of a polishing wheel slip). Friendly staff, they have polished my ring before and most recently re-shaped my ring after it was deformed/warped. 3 other jewellery shops in park royal said they would have to send my ring out to get it fixed, and it’d be ready 1-3 weeks. But here they got it done in-house in just a few hours. Super appreciative!
