Dr. Romana is an excellent gastroenterologist. From the first visit, she made me feel heard and cared for. She is kind, thorough, and really knows her field.I finally feel like I’m on the right track after months of discomfort. The staff is also friendly and professional. I highly recommend her!
I liked the doctor on the first visit, her recommendations and medicine were helpful, and she was caring. Alas, the second visit was a completely unpleasant surprise. The doctor became rude when I asked questions about the origins of my pain and what can be done to identity the cause. I was mostly silent and just stunned by her suddenly defensive behavior and words. I tried to be silent at first (just didn’t know how to react), then I made a few attempts to explain myself, ask more questions, and even a joke to try to diffus... read more
Dr. Shehzadi listened to my issues and considered the pain and area I was experiencing it, noted it down for any future colonoscopy and provided a good explanation of the procedure.
Your communications with me as a patient have greatly improved since this clinic took over from Eastside Gastro.
