I have had two prescriptions filled with Romana so far and I am very impressed! They are polite, professional, and very helpful. Received my prescription very quickly and were able to process my order through both my insurance. They have taken great care of me!
My doctor faxed my prescription there and I they wanted an online credit card to process the order. I requested for them to send it to a nearby pharmacy and gave them the location but they could not even google the fax number themselves when I am sure they have the information. Not impressed.
As a family member of a mental disorder patient is stressful already . To coordinate or communicate with Romana is a nightmare! I left message last Friday to discuss the upcoming arrangements for my brother’s medication, I did not get any reply . I left message again today ( Tuesday) and finally someone called me back.
