My doctor faxed my prescription there and I they wanted an online credit card to process the order. I requested for them to send it to a nearby pharmacy and gave them the location but they could not even google the fax number themselves when I am sure they have the information. Not impressed.
As a family member of a mental disorder patient is stressful already . To coordinate or communicate with Romana is a nightmare! I left message last Friday to discuss the upcoming arrangements for my brother’s medication, I did not get any reply . I left message again today ( Tuesday) and finally someone called me back. I tried to explain that the doctor has faxed in a new prescription and now increased to 450mg daily and we would like all 100mg tabs and we will cut the pills ourselves. They will never answer the phone never
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to answer all my questions and provide the best options for my needs. I really appreciated their personalized care and attention to details. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area!
