I would advise people not to shop at Romans. It's an online site and if you want to return the item because it doesn't fit or is damaged, they will keep some of your return due to processing fee. This is not fair to consumers because you are an online store and you should allow for people to return their items and get their full Refund. I am very dissatisfied and I will never shop your store again. I would also inform everyone that I know not to shop with you guys because you rip people off.
