Roman tech contacted me via text for confirmation of an appointment the next day. They were to arrive during a 7am-11am window with a 1/2 hour notice before arrival. During the last 30min of said window I called twice unsuccessfully to reach someone. Only after 11am was I notified by text they were running late after I had to leave my home. I have tried multiple times since to reach a live person with no success. I've taken my business elsewhere.
Reuben was great! He was prompt, courteous and professional. Had my 15+ year old dryer back up & running in no time!! Will definitely use them again if needed!!
