Great service. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.
I have been trying to get service from this plumber for over two months, and he has canceled multiple appointments. Today was the final straw — he canceled during the actual service window when he was supposed to arrive. I rearranged my schedule several times to be home, only to be left waiting with no service provided. Repeated last-minute cancellations, especially after confirming appointments, are extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If you value reliability and your time, I would not recommend using this plumber.

All I can say is Richard is absolutely the best plumber in the Valley and always responds as soon as possible to any plumblng issue that I am having. The current problem was handled quickly and efficiently. I have known Richard for many years and he has always come through for me when I need him most. I highly recommend Richard for any plumbing problems that you may be experiencing.
