Raphael and his team were incredible to work with. They jumped in when we had been told by many others that they would not handle this difficult business acquisition purchase with multiple collaterals. They were fast, detailed and went above and beyond; helping order a survey, coordinating across multiple states and dealing with frustrated clients. I can't say enough about how they came to the rescue and saved the deal.
Our closing with Roman Law Group went very smoothly. It was postponed several times waiting for information from the buyer but Andrea kept us informed at each turn. Because of the rescheduling, I had to rush to make another meeting an hour away. Andrea made sure that my part was concluded quickly so I could make my other obligation. It was a very professional, friendly and positive experience.
