I like Dr. Barr she really takes time to listen. I give the doctor great reviews, however the front office staff is rude. They are very incompetent, I would go somewhere else but its close to home and i really like the doctor.
Agree with the comments about staff. Do not know if Dr Roman is aware but he should be. Had a video conference before testing for sleep apnea. During the call I specifically stated I would not use a CPAP machine because I get extreme anxiety from repetitive sounds. Test comes back stating I do have sleep apnea and CPAP was ordered without consulting me. My previous provider at the Wound Center (Deb) was excellent and has moved on to a well earned retirement Since, I've been seen twice by Dr. Rasper. His communication skills have been most notable. He is able to explain medical issues in ways layman (iike me) can readily understand. Put another way, he is a good teacher. I am not optimistic that my wound will ever heal, but I think I am getting the best chance possible with the folks at the Streetsboro Wound Center. I have much respect for the entire staff.
Dr. Barr, understand your patients have a choice in their healthcare providers, and that your front end staff is a reflection of you. What has changed in your office? Your front staff has - rude, unhelpful and condescending. My interaction was your front and staff today, October 17, 2023 was disgusting. You have been my doctor for 10 years, and today is the last day you will be because I refuse to be treated the way I was today.
She seems very thorough and took the necessary time to discuss all concerns!!
Helped me get a CPAP via in-person sleep study after take-home study was inconclusive. Took time to explain the process and my options at each step, but was still very quick. Would definitely recommend for sleep issues.
Dr B is the best. Nobody like her. She’s wonderful!!!!!
Yesterday I would have left a 4 or a 5. But today after being dumped by him during the worst year in the history of my health life for 3 listed reasons that were (1) never communicated to me and (2) aren't even justifiable it's a 1. I would suggest going to a doctor that cares more about you as a person and your health and safety rather than if you are coming in 4x a year to pay them. diagnosed me with depression but did not seem concerned overall about my mental health. Practice declined when they moved to new building. I was a patient for 20 years and left. One time I waited an hour and they front desk completely forgot I was there.
