Had appointment booked today, I emailed this morning asking when they were expected to arrive as they hadn’t responded to the question when I had asked the day before. They responded saying they would arrive in 20-30 minutes. I asked if I had to be home because I was out for a walk and they said no I didn’t have to be home. I came home shortly after the worker came, he was up on the roof doing the front of the house. I immediately went and unlocked the gate so he could access the back of the house.
