These clowns put pigeon screens on my neighbors roof and "cleaned" it off. All the debris, full nest, eggs, feces was scattered throughout my yard, pigeon feces EVERYWHERE, including INSIDE my furnace as the intake is on the side they blew all of it too. They never reached out to me to clean it, I texted and they said they'd come by to clean it but never showed up...obviously because they've already been paid. Just another fly by night company trying to make some quick cash with no respect for other peoples property or time.
Very surprised at our poor experience given the good previous reviews. We bought a Groupon for 15 panes. Our fault for not understanding that one window with 3 different connected panes counts as 3 panes towards your 15 bought. Our bad for not asking but who would've thought. Missed the 1st scheduled appointment without notice to us. Claimed sent email to wrong address; 2nd appointment arrived 30 minutes late AND only after we contacted them. Claimed to have cleaned 17 panes but we only have 12 panes if you exclude the ones ... read more
They did my house and my neighbour house they did an amazing job I would definitely call them every year thank you Roman exteriors for the clean job and fast services
