Roman Bath goes above and beyond for the customer's experience. Yolanda helped me and she was extremely knowledgeable on different kinds of kitchen faucets providing me the pros and cons of each. She understood exactly what I was looking for and got me answers in an instant. Compared to other retailers Roman bath is also competitive in their pricing. I am from Niagara and will be going back to Roman bath in future for my kitchen and bath needs. Thank you Yolanda and team.

My experience at Roman Bath has been shockingly poor. My wife ordered a bunch of bathroom items from them as they were a preferred supplier of my contractor. We have been waiting for some items now for almost 6 months and it is holding up the completion of our renovation.
