BUYER BEWARE!! We ordered a 36" Vanico Neolito Shaker vanity from Roman Bath, that was beautifully displayed in their showroom. It arrived yesterday, a little over two months after we ordered it, in five separate boxes. In other words, it needs to be assembled!! When we asked Sanjay, the sales person, why it arrived unassembled his response was dismissive .... I do not recommend this place. We spent over $4k here for Italian shower systems thinking they were high quality. The shower system is not even a year old yet and the spiral braided hose is coming apart - I have never even seen the cheapest Amazon quality hoses do that. Warranty does cover the hose but I have to travel all the way from up North to pick it up myself since they are unable to ship it unless I pay for shipping. Customer service is not that great. I will not be buying from here again.
