My experience at Roman Bath has been shockingly poor. My wife ordered a bunch of bathroom items from them as they were a preferred supplier of my contractor. We have been waiting for some items now for almost 6 months and it is holding up the completion of our renovation.
Always an absolute pleasure. Professional and knowledgeable staff with a great selection. Been dealing with them for 24 years!
We had an issue with our shower and Glenn (parts department) was absolutely amazing. We haven’t had customer service like this in years!
