It's hard to find a great shop to do work in the Chicago area. I brought my 2019 GTI in for some cosmetic work and was not disappointed. The customer service made the experience quick and easy, the work was performed very well, and the price was more than fair. I will definitely be using them again, thanks guys.

Hard to find a shop that does mechanical & body work , I trust these guys with every car that I have owned, they’ve done so much for me & I couldn’t be more grateful for all the hard work that they’ve done. Horrible customer service. This morning my car didn’t turn on so I had it towed to a nearby mechanic. Mechanic was very honest. Told me the issue was the starter; when he took it apart to test it he said the starter had previously been replaced by Roman Auto Body. I’m so happy my husband took my car to get fixed by Roman Body & Repair Inc. Being that this was my first time getting work done to my car I was extremely nervous. Had over heating issues contacted a lot of mechanics and nobody wanted to help me out. And if they did they charged a limb for parts and labor, the guys at Roman auto body were very upfront very professional and I will most definitely do business with them again, helped me save a lot of money today !
